Identity & Origins
Who are you?
Who do you become?
Where do you come from?
Who do you want to be?
Where do you go?
How are you seen?
How do you want to be seen?
This semester, The Art Society seeks to answer these questions through an exhibition titled, Identity & Origins. The collection is comprised of works crafted by students from the University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland. Born from the artistic labours of St. Andrews students- this collection celebrates all stories, all identities and all artistic mediums. The Art Society is grateful to all who submitted pieces to this exhibition.
We hope you enjoy.

Labyrinth, Shivanee Harshey
The Ocean Within, Black Pen Line on Paper, Shivanee Harshey, India. Why must the steadfastness of my exterior identity match the oceanic chaos within my soul. Both the identities have a place in my existence as a whole.
Away from earth, Black Pen Line on Paper, Shivanee Harshey, India. Must I conform my imagination to only what I can here? Must I be identified as just a being from earth? Because I want to see myself the context of the universe.
